Swiss,
but not only

An engraving of a Swiss chalet below a mountain peak

Switzerland is a small country surrounded by large ones, so it is hard to talk about Swiss cooking without talking about the countries that shaped it. That is why the menu here is Swiss, and then some.

Our mountains, our countryside, our cows, our lakes: the things on the postcards are the same things on the plate. Simple, unpretentious, and very good. Cheese, potatoes, meat, fish. Fondue and raclette, rösti, bratwurst and burgers.

And to go with all that, our international roots, and the flavours of Thailand.

A word from the kitchen

Bonjour!

The delight of Swiss cooking comes from its simplicity, and from the highest standards of ingredients. Everything we make here starts with that idea.
